Ingredients
50% 250g biomass
50% 250g fragmented chocolate Ouro Moreno
3/4 cup coffee tea
Method of preparation Biomass:
Put 6 green bananas in the pressure cooker and cover with water.
Wait 8 minutes after pressure starts and turn off.
Just before cooling, remove the bananas from the pan and place on a plate.
Cut the peel and remove the cooked banana with a spoon.
Chocolate biomass:
While the biomass is still warm, add the chocolate until a homogeneous mixture is
obtained. You can also melt the chocolate and mix in the cold biomass. To make the
capuccino, dissolve one tablespoon of the chocolate biomass with a little coffee before
putting in the cup.
