Ingredients
50% biomass 250g
50% 250g Ouro Moreno Fragmented Chocolate
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Biomass:
Put 6 green bananas in the pressure cooker and cover with water.
Wait 8 minutes after pressure starts and turn off.
Just before cooling, remove the bananas from the pan and place on a plate.
Cut the peel and remove the cooked banana with a spoon.
Bonbon:
While the biomass is still warm, add the chocolate and process until a homogeneous
paste is obtained. You can also melt the chocolate and mix in the cold biomass.
Roll up balls and pass through the fragmented chocolate.
