Lufthansa recently lost two out of three of our bags between Frankfurt and Rome. I travelled with lufthansa on the 1st of September 2022 to portharcourt in Nigeria from dusseldorf through Frankfurt Airport and my hand luggage was collected from me by fight attendant since then i have not received my and luggage the flight number is LH0075 i have sent a mail to Frankfurt lostandfound but date no response so please advise me on what to do, thanks. Despite being the custodian of your bag, the airline apparently is not responsible for informing you the status or even attempting to locate the bags for the first 5 days after the delay / loss (at least that's what Swiss did). There is no information of contact number. First, they called that the bags would be delivered to the hotel on June 11th (we arrived on June 9, 2022).
